The answer to this depends on a number of factors:

How long will the service last?
Once again, this will depend on the factors listed above. The initial service usually takes about an hour to complete. This includes: Inspections of the inside and outside of the house, the actual treatment, and review of the service with our customer. A typical outside quarterly service will take around 20-30 minutes. During this time our professionals will treat your property by:
1. Inspecting the property for on-going pest issues
2. Knocking down any wasp or mud dauber nests under the eaves of the house and fence
3. Treating weep holes and other cracks and crevices in and around the foundation of the house
4. Spreading granules around the front and back yards
5. Inspecting the yard for any fire ant mounds and treating accordingly
6. Spraying a 6 to 8-foot barrier around the base of the structure
7. Spot treating around windows, doors, and eaves
8. Treating the base of the fence around the perimeter of the yard to slow the influx of bugs from neighboring properties

Yes! We are now offering a monthly service for Mosquitos. This is a fogging treatment. We'd love to discuss how we can make your backyard safer for your family with this treatment.
What should I expect the day of my appointment?
You will receive a call when our professional is heading to your house. If you are not home, that is fine as we will be treating the exterior of your house. If you would like the interior of your house treated and you are unable to be there when our expert is going to treat your house, simply call our office to schedule a free re-service where we will come and take care of any pest issues you are experiencing. If, for some reason, our technician cannot access the backyard area because of a dog or because the gate is locked we will treat as much as we can in the front, leave a note that we were only able to service the front, and request that you schedule a free re-service for us to return and finish the service.
Is it safe for my kids and pets?
The products Webb Pest Service uses are all approved by the Environmental Protection Agency. Moreover, many of our products are rated as “less toxic than table salt”. We ask that, at the time of treatment, all kids and pets play in a different location until the treated areas are dry. Years of research have taught us to properly treat areas with a minimal amount of toxic impact. As such, we have learned how to get the biggest impact on treating your property with the least amount of harm to your family and pets.
What should I expect when my service is finished?
When the service is complete, our service specialist will send you a completed invoice showing you the time of arrival, the service(s) rendered, the products used, the areas treated, and the departure time. If you are home, our expert will come to your door and briefly explain the service(s) performed and get your signature. You will also be charged for our service. No pest problem is magically removed. Each pest control product is different and the service professional will explain what the customer can expect for when the bug and rodent problems will be resolved.
